Dr. King is a general adult psychiatrist with advanced training in addiction treatment and significant expertise in managing difficult-to-treat mood disorders, including treatment-resistant depression (TRD). Trained as a psychiatrist in Perth, Western Australia, Dr King is now co-director of the Daintree Clinic in Cairns. Dr. King is dedicated to advancing psychiatric care through the use of novel treatments and evidence-based practices. Dr King’s holistic and tailored approach ensures patients receive the latest advancements in psychiatric treatment. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) and a member of the Faculty of Addiction Psychiatry, holding an advanced certificate in addiction psychiatry.
